The Council of Education of Municipalities and Provinces (CEPP) organises year-end events for students of the 2e and 4e primary years of official education subsidized Belgian Francophone. These events concern about 900 schools in our network. Each year, the CEPP publishes two children's books, one for children's 2 pupilse and one for students of 4e primary.
